The principle of residency for composors or instrumentists is at the center of Grame's policy.
The resindencies are directly related to production and diffusion during the "Biennal Musiques en Scène", the "Journées Grame", and the "Saison Grame". These residencies take advantage of the knowledge, the competencies and/or the help developped by the scientific and technical departements of Grame.

Alongside to composors residencies, interprets are welcomed to work and investigate the different issues of mixt music in order to organise instrumental workshops.
